Art Exchange, 1999
In 1999 this project was started for a term of three years. An agreement was executed between O.P.E.N. and Cherkasy Oblast Art Museum. The agreement set forth that art submitted and judged would be from children. The basis was to "develop children's creativity, and study of nature." This procedure will be followed in Cherkasy, Ukraine and Iowa, USA. Prizes will be awarded for the three-year period and funded from O.P.E.N.'s general fund, upon approval of the O.P.E.N.
