OPEN is a 501 c (3) organization and all contributions are deductible from U.S. Federal Income Tax.

Contributions of any amount will be gratefully accepted and assist the organization in accomplishing its mission. The organization is continuously involved in programs that are educational, cultural and humanitarian.
