In recognition of the historic Elbe River link-up and the sacrifices of veterans and their families during World War II, O.P.E.N. collaborated with the Jasper County and Cherkasy historical museums to create exhibits for both locations. Each display features similar materials intended to provide information regarding World War II, Elbe Day, and current sister-city and state relationships.
